Your account and plan
Sign in, choose a plan and pay inside the app.
Every new account starts on the Free plan: 200 messages a month and one WhatsApp session, for as long as you like. Pick a paid plan when you need more; payments are made inside the app only.

- 1Open Settings → Billing & usageYou see your usage meters, the plans and your invoices.
- 2Choose a plan and a duration1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Renewing the same plan extends your period; switching starts a new period today.
- 3Pay with Mobile MoneyPick MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. Saved numbers are offered first; a new number is remembered for next time. Confirm the prompt on your phone.
- 4DoneThe plan is active immediately. Each payment has a PDF invoice you can download from the same page.
Plan changes are fair
If a plan is improved, every subscriber gets the improvement at once. If it is reduced, the reduction only applies at your next renewal.Website payments
For security, marketa-pro.com never collects payments. Anyone asking you to pay for Marketa outside the app is not us.Still need help?
