Fast response → New rule
Name it and enter the keyword (e.g. prix).

Match type
Contains, Starts with, Exact or Regex. Case-sensitive is optional.

Response
Write the reply, add variables or media. Set a reply delay (2 s feels natural).

Then
Stop (reply once), hand off to the AI agent, or notify you.

Priority and quota

When several rules match, the highest priority wins. Automatic replies count on your monthly quota; the number of rules follows your plan.
