Campaign statuses
Draft, ready, scheduled, running, paused, sent: what each one means.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved, not ready to send |
| Ready | Complete; press Play to start |
| Scheduled | Starts at the chosen date and time |
| Running | Sending now; progress updates live |
| Paused | Stopped by you or by auto-pause; resume from the row |
| Sent | Completed; open the detail page for results and the recipient list |
The Campaigns page can filter by status, session, objective, dates, audience size and delivery, and export exactly the rows you see to CSV, Excel or PDF.
