Template approval
Why templates are reviewed, what gets rejected and how to fix it fast.
Only approved templates can be sent in campaigns. You are notified in the app and by e-mail when a decision is made.
Common rejection reasons
- Missing opt-out instructions (add "Répondez STOP pour vous désabonner").
- Discount claims without an end date or terms.
- Broken or shortened links.
- Media missing for one of the languages.
- Translations that do not match the other language.
Rejected? Edit and resubmit
The reviewer's note is shown on the template card. Fix it and submit again.Still need help?
